Meet the DSWA Co-founders

Meet Nicki and Grace, the founders of the Direct Selling Women's Alliance.
These two women of vision and determination have dedicated their professional lives to the betterment of the industry through the establishment of an Alliance that is solely committed to serving the needs of independent direct sellers everywhere.

Nicki Keohohou, CEO and Co-founder, WABC Certified Business Coach

Nicki began her career as a teacher and coach, which naturally led her to a career in direct selling that has spanned more than 35 years.

Having built successful organizations from the ground up, Nicki's experience as a leading distributor helped her develop a deep love for the profession and a keen understanding of the challenges and joys of building a thriving organization.

With her heart set on contributing further to the profession, Nicki entered the corporate field, serving on the executive teams of top direct selling companies throughout the world. This then lead her to establish her own consulting & training firm through which she has trained thousands of direct sellers worldwide.

Nicki's passion for startups prompted her to provide consulting and writing services for numerous companies and organizations within the industry. She brings expertise in the areas of concept development, implementation, marketing and operations, all of which she now brings to the DSWA. Her passion is in education and leadership development.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Education, and her teacher's certification from Central Washington University. She is also a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago Network Marketing Certification Program and is a certified business coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

Nicki was recently named as one of the top 25 Female Executives in the State of Hawaii and was listed as one of the top 30 Female Entrepreneurs in America.

When Nicki is not traveling with speaking and consulting engagements she lives in beautiful Hawaii with her husband, Saffery, of almost 40 years. Her greatest joys are serving others and investing time with her children and grandchildren.
