Epicure’s President and Founder, Sylvie Rochette, began her spice blend company, Victorian Epicure Inc.™, to distribute a unique line of four products at local markets and trade shows around southern Vancouver Island.

Over two decades later, we continue to offer the highest quality food products made by Canadians for Canadians, with authenticity, integrity, love and care. Our Customers enjoy easy, delicious dining at exceptional value. Our Hostesses receive generous benefits for hosting a fun Tasting Party with friends. Our Consultants earn the freedom, flexibility, friendships and extra income from their own home-based businesses. Created in 2007, The Epicure Foundation™ is a non-profit charitable division dedicated to enhancing the lives of Canadians through education and poverty relief, with a primary focus on supporting community initiatives and organizations working to improve food security in Canada.

Epicure’s Corporate Social Responsibility program ensures we conduct business with social and environmental accountability. Our Home Office has a comprehensive recycling and waste management program and we have several species and ecosystem restoration projects on our property.
