Tracey has experienced both sides of the fence on the Direct Sales Industry. Several decades ago, whilst working in education, she became a party plan distributor in order to add to the family income. Within a year, as a result of the success of her business and the enjoyment she gained from it, she quit her teaching position in order to operate her distributorship full time. In the following eighteen months she was seconded to review the training practices of the company and this role blossomed to the point where a decision had to be made to go “corporate side” or stay “in the field.”
Her passion for learning and development won over and for the next sixteen years Tracey worked in the corporate side of the business training, coaching and developing distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
In 2011 Tracey focused her attention and skills as a Coach and branched out to start her own business once again. Her services include Coaching for Leadership Development with further areas of expertise including customer service, sales skills, time management and the power of personal development. Tracey is an accredited Coach, accredited facilitator of Franklin Covey’s Leadership and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People programs, an experienced conference presenter and keynote speaker and qualified Teacher.
