The first process, titled ‘Centering,’ will help enhance concentration and clarity of mind. Once you have done Centering Level 1 for approximately 6 months, you will want to move on to Level 2. Level 2 PFA Present Field Awareness, helps improve creativity and awakens intuition. Once you have progressed to Level 2 you may use both levels to prepare for work or relax and let go at the end of a full day.
