Shari has over 24 years experience in the direct sales industry. She spent 11 of those years in the field, and over 13 as a corporate trainer, home office executive and recently as the President and founder of her own speaking, training and coaching business. She is co-author of the book Direct Selling Power.
Some of her results include building a $14 million-dollar organization with 140 leaders in just 6 years. Six of those leaders reached the top level of leadership earning a six figure income. Shari also took a start-up company from just 4 leaders to 38 and a show average of $200 to $350 in 18 months.

Training is her life’s passion. As a result of working for 6 different companies she has acquired skills, ideas and successful tools from the many home office executives and top-level leaders that she can pass on to you.
Having been in the field as recently as 2000 to 2005, holding 150 – 175 parties personally, Shari’s training is “cutting-edge.” She understands that today’s customer, hostess, consultant and leader is very different than they were even a decade ago.
