DSWA Coach Excellence Program - Class Descriptions

The Coach Excellence Program is the most comprehensive Coach Training source for direct sellers. The curriculum is designed to be easily retained and applicable long after students complete the program. The training is divided into seven categories designed to take students through a series of content and practice that is necessary to be an effective certified coach.

Coaching Tool Kit Creating a Communication Plan This module will help you build your capacity to give feedback that is not only appropriate, but delivered in a compassionate way. You will have the opportunity to provide compassionate feedback in a live coaching setting.
Coaching Tool Kit Creating an Action Plan As part of the Agreed Action and Accountability steps, setting an action plan, envisioning possible obstacles, and affirming commitment to complete the action plan are taught in this webinar.
Coaching Tool Kit Creating SMART Goals The SMART goals acronym provides a recipe for effective goal setting. This course will help you understand the principles behind the SMART acronym and how to use it with your clients.
